This unusual flavor combination works well on veggies or with the addition of sour cream, as a dip.
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup fresh flat leaf parsley
2 Tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup walnuts toasted and roughly chopped
STEPS:
- Put the parsley, sage, garlic and salt in a food processor.
- With the machine running, drizzle in the oil.
- Add the walnuts and process just until just combined, about 10 seconds.
