Thank you to the Florence community for your support of the Florence Farmers Market National Farmers Market Week celebration on Tuesday August 8th!
It was a beautiful day at the market, as over 750 people meandered through the Boardwalk to enjoy a festive and abundant afternoon! There was great music and free homemade cookies (thank you Vine to Table and Marcy’s Sourdough and Sweet!). We had a full mix of vendors and food producers, including a new vendor from the Portland area, The Hummus Stop! And there was a fun raffle of three incredible boxes of goods, full of delicious, generous offerings from our vendors.
Thank you to Oregon Farmers Market Association (OFMA) for providing the funding to create the three amazing Boxes of Bounty that were raffled off. And a heartfelt thank you to all of the vendors who provided the eclectic selection of products for the boxes!
