Micros By The Sea is a Bandon based mushroom and microgreen farm. Rosie and her partner started growing mushrooms just as covid shut everything down. This gave them plenty of time explore and master the craft of cultivating mushrooms. In 2023 they partnered with some friends to build Micros By The Sea, bringing sustainably cultivated culinary mushrooms to your table!
At their booth you’ll find gorgeous oyster mushrooms, lions mane, cactus plants, as well as kits to grow your own at home.
