Will and Stacy, of iNSPiRE Culinary Academy joined the market for a cooking demo. They prepared zucchini fritters with ingredients from the market.

Will, our business manager, brings 20 years of experience operating local businesses, including an independent glass art studio, a Florence-based lawn care service, and our family homestead on Hwy 36.”
