Tuesday, May 23. It was a beautiful, sunny, breezy, busy market to start the season. There were at least 15 vendors present offering a diverse variety of food, plants, herbs and services.
A quick recap of offerings! Adamson Family Farms is back with microgreens; Brandywine Fisheries with seafood; Coastal Sharpening Service sharpening knives; Master Recyclers of Florence was here collecting recyclables and answering questions; Farm for our Lives brought beautiful produce, flowers, seasonings, plant starts, eggs, fresh lemonade; Farm and Forest brought herbal salves, native plants, dried herbs, mushrooms and so much knowledge; Fermentruth had their delicious, must have bento boxes! as well as kimchi, seasonings; Fog Hollow with poultry and eggs; Friends and Family Farm with produce; Jubilee Valley with herbs and veggies, Kurzhal Kickin’ Pickles brought a full variety of pickled vegetables, pickled eggs, sauces; Marcy’s Sourdough and Sweet with her popular sourdough breads and treats; Rainforest Mushrooms with a variety of mushrooms and mushroom products; Velasquez Farm with produce and Vine to Table with delicious hand pies and other bakery goods.
