Siuslaw Public Library has books and resources to help with all of your harvest preservation this year. Besides books on canning, smoking, jams, freezing, and pickling, the new Library of Things includes a pressure canner, water bath canner, food dehydrator, and vacuum sealer!
These items can be checked out for a week with a current SPLD library card and a signed LOT agreement and waiver. Stop by the library to learn more! Or call 541-997-3132 or visit siuslawlibrary.org.
